Lindsey focuses on labor and employment law.
She litigates employment law claims in state and federal courts, including claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the Florida Civil Rights Acts, whistleblower/retaliation laws, and employment law torts. She represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Department of Labor. Lindsey drafts and reviews various agreements and employee handbooks and provides guidance regarding employment-related policies, independently adopted or required by law. She counsels private- and public-sector clients regarding discipline, termination, and reductions in force.
