Williams Parker Tax Attorney Appointed to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Board

Williams Parker attorney Michael J. Wilson was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Mr. Wilson practices tax and business law representing clients across many industries. He is certified as a tax specialist by the Florida Bar and handles sophisticated international, federal and state tax matters, including representing clients in connection with audits, administrative appeals, private ruling requests and US Tax Court matters. Mr. Wilson also advises corporate clients on their most significant business transactions including mergers/acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raises, and financings. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to businesses of all sizes. Mr. Wilson, who is also a CPA, is a member of the firm’s management committee and is the firm’s treasurer.
