Williams Parker is pleased to announce Jamie E. Koepsel has joined the firm. Mr. Koepsel will focus on corporate and tax law. He earned an LL.M in taxation and his J.D. from the University of Florida and graduated with a B.B.A in Accountancy and a second major in English from the University of Notre Dame.

The Tax practice serves clients in corporate matters, real estate investment, executive compensation, and estate planning and administration contexts. Typically, the firm’s tax work involves structuring corporate or real estate transactions to minimize federal or state taxes or designing business succession strategies for sophisticated estate plans. The firm has developed industry-specific experience in the region’s core commercial sectors, including real estate development, healthcare, technology, retail and hospitality, agribusiness, and senior living facilities.
