Helen leads the accounting team and directs the fiscal functions of the firm, including accounting, billing, treasury management, budgeting, and reporting. She works directly with the Chief Operating Officer as a leader in the development and pursuit of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives, financial analysis, cost containment, and the reduction of redundancies. Helen joined the firm in May 2021.
A British native, Helen has a B.A. in accounting and finance, with honors, from Liverpool John Moores University in England. Her career began at ICI Chemicals & Polymers, where she worked as an assistant accountant to the Global Controller of CIB Operations and IT (Equities, Emerging Markets and Futures & Options) at Deutsche Bank. It was during her five-year tenure with Deutsche Bank that she was transferred from London to New York City, which subsequently brought her to Citigroup where she worked as Finance Reporting Controller of Global Technology Services. In 2015, Helen relocated to Sarasota where she served as Controller for Harmony Outdoor Brands, a start-up where she had the unique opportunity to help build the business from the ground up.
