TOMMY FOCUSES ON LITIGATION

Tommy Kelly earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Miami. While pursuing his studies, he interned at The White House, the United States House of Representatives, and the United States Department of Justice.

During law school, Tommy served as a Fellow for the Executive Office of the Governor, Ron DeSantis. There, he specifically worked with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to understand Florida’s complex business regulatory environment. He then served as a Fellow for the Florida Supreme Court, clerking in the chambers of Justice John D. Couriel. Tommy was Florida’s first Fellow to serve in both branches.

Tommy was born and raised in Sarasota. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, getting out on the water, and cooking.
