Williams Parker Partner William M. Seider Attains Double Board Certification

Williams Parker is pleased to announce partner William M. Seider, a Florida Bar board certified Real Estate attorney, has achieved an additional Florida Bar board certification in Condominium and Planned Development Law. He is one of three attorneys in Sarasota to hold both designations.

Mr. Seider handles a range of real estate matters and specializes in representing developers to structure, finance, construct, and develop condominiums and subdivisions. He also handles high-end residential sales and has helped form more than 100 condominiums and subdivisions in the region, including Fairway Bay III, Marina Bay, Sunset Beach, Grand Bay I – VI, The Plantation Golf and Country Club, Phillippi Landings, and Marina Tower.

Williams Parker’s real estate practice comprises 15 attorneys, nine of whom are board-certified, and 14 real estate paralegals and legal assistants. From straightforward residential real estate closings to complex commercial transactions, the group provides counsel on a full range of real estate-related issues, including financing, taxation, land use, planned developments, condominiums, and contracting, for real estate professionals, developers, and investors. The firm also assists new residents in establishing residency and transitioning estates to take advantage of Florida’s favorable tax climate and asset protection laws.
