Peter concentrates on representing borrowers and lenders in institutional and private loan transactions. Peter has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of commercial and residential properties. Peter frequently represents borrowers and lenders on multi-state real estate transactions, providing sophisticated documentary stamp tax and intangible tax advice and issuing borrower and lender counsel opinion letters.
Peter joined the firm upon graduating from law school and became a partner in 2006.

- Served as borrower’s counsel in a $12.7 million Health Care Facilities Revenue Bond transaction
- $5.5 million Educational Facilities Refunding Revenue Bond transaction
- Served as developer’s counsel for capital revenue bond transactions totaling more than $150 million
