Founded nearly a century ago, Williams Parker is taking the next step in its ongoing story of growth and is pleased to announce the relocation of its headquarters to Plaza Five Points at 50 Central Avenue. The new 35,000-square-foot headquarters will occupy the entire eighth floor of the centrally-located building. The relocation is only the fourth in the firm’s long history.
Five Points—the intersection of Main, Pineapple, and Central—has been the center of downtown Sarasota since the city’s founding. The building itself is iconic, prestigious, and a symbol of Sarasota’s commerce and growth.
By occupying the eighth floor at Plaza Five Points, Williams Parker will be returning to the identical physical location of the firm’s first headquarters — the top floor of the seven-story First Bank and Trust Building — which opened on the very same site in 1926, with Williams Parker as a charter and signature tenant.

Our clients are welcome to use the following parking options when visiting Williams Parker:
Fifteen (15) Williams Parker sign-designated “Customer Parking” are located on the third and fourth levels in the Five Points parking structure. Please use the garage entrance on 1st Street.
Limited valet parking designated at Plaza Five Points, located next to the garage entrance on 1st Street.
Two-hour street parking surrounding Plaza Five Points is also available.
