Plaza at Five Points

For nearly a century, Williams Parker is taking the next step in its ongoing story of growth and is pleased to announce the relocation of its headquarters to Plaza at Five Points at 50 Central Avenue. The new 35,000-square-foot headquarters will occupy the entire eighth floor of the centrally-located building. The relocation is only the fourth in the firm’s long history.

Five Points—the intersection of Main, Pineapple, and Central—has been the center of downtown Sarasota since the city’s founding. The building itself is iconic, prestigious, and a symbol of Sarasota’s commerce and growth. 

By occupying the eighth floor of Plaza at Five Points, Williams Parker will be returning to the identical physical location of the firm’s first headquarters—the top floor of the seven-story First Bank and Trust Building—which opened on the very same site in 1926, with Williams Parker as a charter and signature tenant. 

Note: Please make sure you validate your Plaza at Five Points parking ticket with our front desk receptionist.

Our clients are welcome to use the following parking options when visiting Williams Parker:

Fifteen (15) Williams Parker sign-designated “Visitor Parking” spaces are located on the third and fourth levels of the Five Points parking garage. Please enter from 1st Street.

For those requiring adjacent parking, limited valet parking is available on 1st Street.

For those not requiring adjacent parking, there’s 2-hour free street parking on Central Avenue.
