MALLORY SPECIALIZES IN MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS (M&A) AND COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Mallory has extensive experience guiding businesses through complex transactions, helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and acquisition of companies. Mallory provides strategic counsel on all aspects of M&A, from due diligence and negotiations to closing and post-closing integration. In addition to her M&A practice, Mallory advises clients on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing. She combines her corporate law expertise with a deep understanding of real estate transactions to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Mallory is particularly passionate about representing entrepreneurs and business owners in the sale of their companies, offering clear, actionable advice to help them achieve their goals while utilizing her MBA.
Mallory received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, magna cum laude. Prior to law school, she earned her MBA from the University of North Florida and her undergraduate degree in Honors Law and Public Policy from Indiana University. Mallory was a NCAA Division 1 Athlete in Women’s Volleyball at Indiana University and Beach Volleyball at the University of North Florida.
Mallory is a fourth generation Sarasota native and joined the firm immediately after law school.
