A Philadelphia native, Beth joined the Firm in September 2019. She leads the firm’s administrative functions, including accounting, human resources, marketing, and facilities and is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the firm’s strategic objectives.
Beth has over two decades of management experience in the law practice industry. She works closely with the Williams Parker Management Committee on strategic alignment, negotiation, finance, operations management, enterprise risk management, business development, and team building.
Beth has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Chestnut Hill College. She received her MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is currently Director at Large for the alumni association. She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society of Quality and a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management through the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
