Denise joined Williams Parker in August 2018. She came to the firm after a decade of human resources leadership roles in the retail sector. She graduated with honors with a B.S. in consumer merchandising management from Michigan State University.

Denise is responsible for all stages of the talent life cycle for both attorneys and staff, including job structure; position descriptions and organizational charts; workforce and succession planning; sourcing, recruiting, and building a bench of top talent; on-boarding process design and management; ongoing learning and development needs analysis and program design; compensation analysis and reward program design; recognition, engagement and employee relations; performance management and off-boarding; and regulatory compliance.

Denise is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Talent Acquisition and Development Manager (CTADM). She has over 30 years of experience in management and human resources.
