Alisa M. Heedy

Alisa is a Trusts & Estates attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration. She helps individuals and families develop personalized estate plans that protect assets, preserve wealth, and achieve long-term planning goals. Alisa also advises personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and other fiduciaries throughout the administration process, providing thoughtful guidance to help clients navigate the legal, financial, and personal challenges that may arise.

 Alisa brings a unique perspective to her Trusts & Estates practice from her experience with a leading financial services company, where she focused on wealth management, corporate fiduciary services, and trust administration. This experience deepened her understanding of the practical aspects of wealth preservation and wealth transfer, strengthening her ability to guide clients through complex estate planning and administration matters.

 A native Floridian, Alisa was born and raised in St. Petersburg. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation and undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Criminology from the University of Florida, and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She is actively involved in the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

 In her free time, Alisa enjoys traveling in search of culinary experiences, outdoor adventures, and live music. She also enjoys exploring Sarasota with her family and honing her skills in pickleball and golf.
