Williams Parker Continues to Grow, Strengthening Key Practice Areas
Williams Parker continues to build on its growth with the return of Alisa M. Heedy in August and the addition of attorneys Alexis C. Oles and Mason J. McCormick in September, followed by Curtis L. Fullom in October. Together, the four attorneys strengthen the firm’s capabilities across trusts and estates, commercial litigation, and real estate law, supporting clients through a broad range of legal matters.
“Williams Parker’s growth reflects our continued investment in the talent and capabilities that enable us to serve our clients at the highest level,” said Michael J. Wilson, Firm President. “As our clients’ needs evolve, we remain focused on building a depth of experience across our practices to deliver sophisticated, practical counsel, and exceptional service.”
Heedy returns to Williams Parker as a partner of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice. Her return brings valuable institutional knowledge and continuity, along with additional depth in advising clients on wealth preservation, wealth transfer, and complex estate planning administration.
Oles joins Williams Parker as a seasoned commercial litigator with more than 20 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes. Her practice includes commercial litigation, nursing home and medical malpractice defense, and professional liability matters. She has represented clients throughout all stages of litigation, including early case assessment, trial, mediation, arbitration, and appeal.
McCormick focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate matters. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented perspective informed by prior professional experience as a police officer with the Los Angeles and Culver City Police Departments. McCormick earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law and previously joined Williams Parker as a summer associate before returning to begin his legal career following graduation.
Fullom joins Williams Parker as a real estate associate focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and due diligence. He joins the firm from Chicago, bringing valuable experience advising clients on complex real estate matters. He works with clients to navigate legal and regulatory considerations while advancing their business objectives.
The arrival of Heedy, Oles, McCormick, and Fullom reflects Williams Parker’s continued focus on strategic growth across practices that serve the evolving needs of its clients.
