ANYA HANDLES DISPUTES IN THE AREA OF CONSTRUCTION
Anya Pardy is a litigation attorney who joined Williams Parker from a prestigious national litigation firm where she worked closely with architectural and engineering experts to manage and coordinate large-scale class-action investigations to protect her clients’ property rights and to resolve construction issues effectively.
Anya earned her J.D. cum laude at Stetson University College of Law, graduating with distinction as one of Stetson Law’s top three graduating students to dedicate the most pro bono hours over the course of her law school education. Prior to law school, Anya obtained an Interdisciplinary Social Sciences B.A., with a Concentration in Social Relations and Policy summa cum laude from the University of South Florida.
While at Stetson Law, Anya served as a Judicial Intern in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida for the Honorable Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell, as Legal Intern for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor with the United States Department of Homeland Security, as a Summer Law Fellow with Stetson’s Veterans Law Institute, and as Judicial Practice Teacher’s Assistant to Professor Virelli. Anya was selected for Stetson Law’s Honors Colloquium where she focused on advanced research and writing. In addition, Anya served on Stetson Law Review as well as Stetson Law’s award-winning advocacy team, where she won a number of awards.
In her free time, Anya enjoys spending time outdoors as well as with her husband, children, and goldendoodle.
