Gianna advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning and corporate matters, including asset protection, wealth preservation, succession planning, and transactional work

Gianna helps high-net-worth individuals and families achieve their estate planning goals by delivering thoughtful, forward-looking counsel grounded in both personal and business perspectives. Drawing on her background in corporate transactional law, she brings a unique ability to navigate the intersection of personal wealth and business interests—ensuring that estate plans are not only technically sound but also aligned with clients’ broader financial and legacy objectives.

Gianna earned both her LL.M. in Taxation and her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was honored with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Her academic journey began at Seton Hall University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in both Finance and Business Information Technology Management. During her time at Seton Hall, Gianna was also a scholarship member of the Division 1 Women’s Golf Team.

Born in Sarasota and raised in Bradenton, Gianna is proud to serve the community she calls home.
