Jaclyn Focuses on Trusts & Estates
Jaclyn Foster earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While pursuing her LL.M., she served as a Research Assistant for Professor Dennis A. Calfee.
During her legal studies at Stetson University College of Law, Jaclyn distinguished herself through active involvement in the legal community. She served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Finch’s Civil Procedure Class, was a Stetson Ambassador, a member and captain of the Dispute Resolution Board, and held membership in several law societies. Jaclyn was selected for Stetson Law’s Honors Colloquium where she focused on advanced research and writing.
As a Summer Associate at Williams Parker, Jaclyn developed valuable client service and legal strategy skills through practical applications.
