KRISTEN FOCUSES HER PRACTICE IN THE AREA OF REAL ESTATE LAW
Kristen represents individuals, developers, and lenders in connection with residential and commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, development, leasing, and the issuance of title insurance policies.
She is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she excelled, securing her J.D. cum laude in 2022, ranking in the top 9% of her class. Throughout her time at Stetson, she consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. As a member of the Dispute Resolution Board, she participated in various regional competitions, honing her expertise in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Her dedication and outstanding performance were recognized with the distinguished Founder’s Award. Kristen achieved the Highest-Grade Designation in Federal Civil Procedure and Advanced Legal Research.
