MARISA FOCUSES ON LABOR & EMPLOYMENT AND LITIGATION
Marisa focuses her practice on employment matters, representing management clients. She provides advice and guidance regarding employment-related business decisions; drafts employment-related agreements and policies; and conducts workplace investigations. Marisa also represents clients in employment and complex commercial litigation.
Before joining Williams Parker, Marisa practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm where she focused on employment litigation matters, involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and insurance defense matters.
Marisa earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Marisa received her B.A. in English, cum laude, from Mercer University, where she was a member of the Division I Women’s Lacrosse team.
