PEYTON FOCUSES ON CORPORATE & LITIGATION

Peyton A. Kreuscher earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Criminology, with a minor in History, from the University of Florida. She focused her legal studies on corporate transactions and intellectual property, graduating with highest-grade honors in both Torts and Legal Rhetoric.

During law school, she practiced as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic advising small businesses in the greater Washington, DC area. Peyton refined her legal research and writing skills as a Senior Staffer on the Administrative Law Review and as a Blog Editor for the Intellectual Property Brief. Her expertise deepened as a Dean’s Fellow with the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property, complemented by internships at the Copyright Alliance and the Hudson Institute Forum for Intellectual Property.
