PEYTON FOCUSES ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, CORPORATE, AND LITIGATION
Peyton focuses her practice on intellectual property and corporate law. She advises clients on trademark and copyright development and protection, as well as business formation, entity structuring, corporate governance, and transactional matters. Peyton also assists with intellectual property and corporate disputes and litigation. She is known for delivering practical, tailored legal solutions that protect and advance her clients’ interests.
During law school, she practiced as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic advising small businesses in the greater Washington, DC area. Peyton refined her legal research and writing skills as a Senior Staffer on the Administrative Law Review and as a Blog Editor for the Intellectual Property Brief. Her expertise deepened as a Dean’s Fellow with the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property, complemented by internships at the Copyright Alliance and the Hudson Institute Forum for Intellectual Property.
