Today, the Firm’s headquarters are located at Plaza at Five Points at 50 Central Avenue, where the Firm occupies the entire eighth floor of this landmark building. This move marks only the fourth headquarters in the Firm’s 100‑year history, underscoring its stability and deep local roots.
Five Points—the intersection of Main, Pineapple, and Central—has long been the heart of downtown Sarasota. Plaza at Five Points stands as an iconic symbol of the city’s commerce, culture, and continued evolution.
The Firm’s presence here also carries historical significance. In 1926, Williams Parker opened its first headquarters on the top floor of the seven‑story First Bank and Trust Building, which once stood on this very site. A century later, the Firm has returned to the same corner where its story began, continuing its legacy of excellence from the center of Sarasota’s civic and business life.

Fifteen (15) Williams Parker sign-designated “Visitor Parking” spaces are located on the third and fourth levels of the Five Points parking garage. Please enter from 1st Street.
For those requiring adjacent parking, limited valet parking is available on 1st Street.
For those not requiring adjacent parking, there’s 2-hour free street parking on Central Avenue.
