17 Selected 2012 Florida Super Lawyers

We are pleased to announce that attorneys Charles (Dan) D. Bailey, Jr., John T. Berteau, Ric Gregoria, J. Michael Hartenstine, Carol Ann Kalish, Elizabeth C. Marshall, J. Hugh Middlebrooks, Carol L. Myers, Mark A. Schwartz, William M. Seider, Kimberly Page Walker, and David A. Wallace have been named by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as top attorneys in Florida for 2012. Rose-Anne B. Frano, Jennifer L. Grosso, Jeffrey, T. Troiano, Patrick W. Ryskamp, and Michael J. Wilson have been named Florida Rising Stars. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.

The selection for Super Lawyers are made by Law & Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc., of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
