Bailey Moderates Tiger Bay Program

Williams Parker attorney Charles (Dan) D. Bailey, Jr. recently moderated a Tiger Bay program focusing on the “Future of Print Media.”
Mr. Bailey’s practice involves counseling private and public entities in the area of land use planning and zoning in Sarasota County, including the handling of site plans; variances; administrative appeals; special exceptions and conditional uses; rezonings; zoning text amendments; street vacations; comprehensive plan amendments; development agreements; and developments of regional impact.
