Shareholder Presents at Appellate Law Section Meeting

David A. Wallace, a shareholder with the law firm of Williams Parker, presented on a panel at the Sarasota County Bar Association’s Appellate Law Section meeting on May 21, 2015. The panel addressed “Essential Practice Tips for Appeals.” Mr. Wallace’s topics were “Tips For Writing A Good Appellate Brief” and “Tips for Oral Argument.”
Mr. Wallace is board certified in appellate law, and his primary areas of practice include appeals in both State and Federal Courts and civil litigation.
