Williams Parker Elects Attorney Nicole F. Christie to Partnership

Williams Parker is pleased to announce attorney Nicole F. Christie has been elected partner of the firm, effective July 1.

“Nicole is an outstanding lawyer and will be a large part of our continued success as she embarks on the next chapter of her career,” said Michael J. Wilson, President of Williams Parker. “She has been a very significant contributor to the firm on many fronts and has demonstrated exceptional service and commitment to our clients.”

Ms. Christie is a real estate attorney. Her practice covers a wide variety of transactional matters for individuals, developers, lenders, and investors, including purchase and sale transactions, development of subdivisions, condominiums, and real estate investments, and leasing of residential and commercial property. She examines title issues and title insurance in connection with purchase and sale transactions.

Ms. Christie graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, magna cum laude. She was the senior research editor of the Florida Law Review and received the Accomplished Research Award. She received two book awards for earning the highest grade in Property and Land Use Law. While a law student, she completed a legal internship at the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Christie is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Sarasota, serves on the events committee for Children First, and is a proud member of Generation GIV, Children First’s giving circle for young professionals.
