Williams Parker Elects Two to Partnership
Williams Parker, Sarasota’s leading law firm, is pleased to announce the election of Trevor J. Johnson and Douglas E. Walker to the Firm’s partnership, effective immediately.

Trevor practices in Trusts and Estates as well as Corporate and Tax. He advises owners of closely held and private businesses in matters related to estate and business succession planning. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York. Trevor earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School, and his B.A. from Cornell University.

Doug is Board Certified in Construction Law and brings more than three decades of construction-industry experience to his practice. He represents clients in construction and design matters, advising on risks related to contract changes, delays, differing site conditions, domestic content restrictions, diversity contracting programs, vendor insolvencies, terminations and bond claims. He earned his J.D., cum laude, his M.S. in Civil Engineering and his B.S. in Building Construction with highest honors – all from the University of Florida.
