Williams Parker recently represented the Sarasota County Public Hospital District (Sarasota Memorial Hospital) in a $141,850,000 financing transaction, which was closed in two tranches simultaneously with two different lenders. Leading the Williams Parker team were Peter Currin and Mike Wilson. Williams Parker has acted as general counsel to the hospital for more than 60 years.
