Thomas J. McLaughlin has been granted board certification in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of competency and experience within an area of law, and professionalism and ethics in practice.
Tom focuses his practice on business entities and individuals in tax, transactional, and succession matters. He regularly advises clients on formations, mergers and acquisitions and tax-efficient sales of business entities and interests.
