Patrick W. Ryskamp joins the Management Committee at Williams Parker
Williams Parker, the longest-standing law firm in the Sarasota-Manatee area, is pleased to announce the addition of partner Patrick W. Ryskamp to its three-member Management Committee including Michael J. Wilson and John L. Moore. Ryskamp joined Williams Parker immediately after graduating Stetson University College of Law, and he was elected partner at Williams Parker in 2004. Patrick previously served as the leader of Williams Parker’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Patrick’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate. He represents developers and investors involved in the development of residential subdivisions and condominiums and commercial and industrial projects, including conversions, hotel, restaurant and apartment acquisitions, and a wide range of residential transactions. “We are fortunate to have such a talented group of attorneys and staff and I look forward to an exciting future for the firm” says Patrick.

Patrick is taking the position on the Management Committee previously held by Rose-Anne Frano. After six years of leadership on the Management Committee, Rose-Anne decided to step off to lead other Firm initiatives.
Rose-Anne works with individuals and families to construct, implement, and realize transfer-tax efficient, lasting estate plans reflective of customized goals and objectives.
