Williams Parker Attorney Presents on Business Succession

E. John Wagner, II, a board certified tax attorney and chair of Williams Parker’s corporate and tax practices, recently participated in a panel discussion hosted by the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County regarding strategies for business owner’s looking to grow or exit their business. 

Wagner represents executives, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors in tax, transactional, capital rising, estate planning, and estate administration matters.
