Williams Parker Partner Appointed Director of the Long-Range Planning Committee of the Florida Bar Tax Section

Williams Parker is pleased to announce that firm president, partner Michael J. Wilson, has been appointed to serve as Director of the Long-Range Planning Committee of the Florida Bar Tax Section for the 2023-2024 year. In this capacity, Wilson will serve on the Florida Bar Tax Section’s Directors’ Committee and the Executive Council. Wilson has previously served in numerous director positions with the Florida Bar Tax Section, including Director of Federal Tax, Director of Education, and Director of Section Administration.

As a business and tax lawyer for more than 20 years, Mike advises clients on business and tax planning and structuring. He handles and helps clients negotiate a wide range of business and corporate transactions and related federal, state, and tax international matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to businesses of varying sizes in many different industries.
