Williams Parker Publishes “Requisite VII”

Williams Parker recently published its seventh edition of “Requisite,” the firm’s thought-leadership publication offering insights on legal issues. The current edition focuses on achieving philanthropic goals through private foundations and alternative vehicles, and includes an interview with Charles Barancik, philanthropist and founder of the Barancik Foundation. The publication also includes articles that delve into the duties and responsibilities of private foundation boards, compensation of directors, succession planning, legacy preservation, alternate giving structures, and ongoing operations.
