Williams Parker Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Sarah E. Ferlazzo

Williams Parker, Sarasota’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce that Sarah E. Ferlazzo has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Real Estate Section. Ms. Ferlazzo brings four years of experience representing clients in residential real estate transactions. In her new role, Sarah will continue advising clients on residential matters while expanding her practice into commercial transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and development projects.

Prior to joining Williams Parker, Ferlazzo began her practice with another local law firm. She earned a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and a B.S. from the University of Central Florida.
