Williams Parker Welcomes Trusts & Estates Associate Jaclyn E. Foster

Williams Parker, Sarasota’s largest law firm, is pleased to welcome associate Jaclyn E. Foster to the firm, where she will join the Trusts & Estates team, which is already one of the largest in the State of Florida.
Jaclyn Foster earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While at the University of Florida, she served as a Research Assistant for Professor Dennis A. Calfee, further developing her knowledge in complex tax matters and estate planning strategies.
During her legal studies at Stetson University College of Law, Jaclyn distinguished herself through active involvement in the legal community. She served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Finch’s Civil Procedure Class, was a Stetson Ambassador, a member and captain of the Dispute Resolution Board, and held membership in several law societies. Jaclyn was selected for Stetson Law’s Honors Colloquium where she focused on advanced research and writing.
Jaclyn was previously a Summer Associate at Williams Parker, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and further developed her client service and legal strategy skills.
“We are happy to welcome Jaclyn back to the firm,” said Michael J. Wilson, President of Williams Parker. “Her return marks our continued investment in hiring top-tier talent to serve our clients.”
