Williams Parker’s Thriving Real Estate Practice Continues To Expand

Williams Parker is pleased to announce that attorney Christa L. Folkers has re-joined the firm. A board certified real estate specialist, Ms. Folkers has been practicing law for 17 years, primarily with Williams Parker. Over the past year she has steadily developed business in the Lakewood Ranch area and will maintain a presence in both Lakewood Ranch and the firm’s downtown Sarasota location.

Joining Ms. Folkers is attorney Amy L. Concilio who has practiced law for 12 years, primarily in residential foreclosure litigation. She will support the firm’s expanding residential and commercial real estate practice. Adding Ms. Folkers and Ms. Concilio brings the firm’s real estate practice to 16 attorneys with 450 years of combined legal experience.
