Bailey Elected to Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce

Williams Parker attorney Charles D. (Charlie) Bailey, III was recently elected to Sarasota Chamber’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Bailey will serve as Chair for the Chamber’s Economic and Community Development Division, which embraces the Governmental Issues Council, the Assignment Downtown Council, and the Small Business Council.

Mr. Bailey, a 2001 graduate of Leadership Sarasota, also recently chaired the United Way’s successful 2012-13 fundraising campaign.

Mr. Bailey’s primary area of practice is land use and governmental law. He represents clients in connection with developments of regional impact, comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, special exceptions, conditional use approvals, site plan approvals, variances, and similar development-related activities.

Since 1925, Williams Parker has quietly provided legal services to Sarasota’s most discerning individuals, families, foundations, and companies.
