Mallory D. Osteen Appointed to Twelfth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission

Williams Parker, Sarasota’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce that Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Mallory D. Osteen to the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, effective August 1, 2025. The Commission recommends qualified candidates to fill judicial vacancies in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties which are designated to be filled via appointment by the Governor’s office.

As a corporate and real estate attorney, her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions. Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida, and bachelor’s degree from Indiana University—all with magna cum laude distinction.
