Mallory D. Osteen Appointed to Twelfth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission

Williams Parker, Sarasota’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce that Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Mallory D. Osteen to the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, effective August 1, 2025. The Commission recommends qualified candidates to fill judicial vacancies in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties which are designated to be filled via appointment by the Governor’s office.

With a strong track record of legal excellence and deep roots in the community, she brings integrity and a principled commitment to justice in her role. As a corporate and real estate attorney, her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions. Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida, and bachelor’s degree from Indiana University—all with magna cum laude distinction.

As a fifth-generation Sarasota-native, Mallory is excited for the opportunity to give back to her community. “I am truly honored to be appointed to the Judicial Nominating Commission and look forward to serving the state of Florida,” added Mallory.
