Williams Parker Attorney Gail E. Farb Accepted to Leadership Sarasota County Program
Gail E. Farb, a labor and employment attorney with Williams Parker, has been selected to participate in the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Sarasota County Program Class of 2018. The Chamber’s Leadership program offers participants an opportunity to foster leadership skills and enhance awareness of the community and its needs through community involvement, leadership training, and education. Williams Parker attorneys Charles (Charlie) D. Bailey III, Zachary B. Buffington, Erin Hope Christy, Peter T. Currin, Douglas J. Elmore, Rose-Anne B. Frano, Michele B. Grimes, J. Michael Hartenstine, Elizabeth C. Marshall, Patrick W. Ryskamp, and Elizabeth M. Stamoulis are previous graduates of the program.
Ms. Farb has extensive experience in the area of labor and employment law. She advises private and public sector management clients regarding preventive measures in a wide range of employment matters, including federal and state discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, FMLA, NLRA, restrictive covenants, and whistleblower laws. She also has experience defending single-plaintiff cases and collective actions in administrative, state, and federal court proceedings.
