Williams Parker Elects Attorneys Jennifer Fowler-Hermes and Elizabeth M. Stamoulis to Partnership
Williams Parker is pleased to announce attorneys Jennifer Fowler-Hermes and Elizabeth M. Stamoulis have been elected partners of the firm, effective July 1.

Ms. Fowler-Hermes is a board-certified labor and employment attorney and head of the firm’s labor and employment practice. She represents private, public, for-profit, and not-for-profit employers in a variety of industries, such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, construction, performing arts, and hospitality. In addition to representing both large and small employers in litigation matters, she assists employers in managing risks to avoid litigation. She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator. Ms. Fowler-Hermes is a member of the executive committee of the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar and serves on the board of directors of the Manatee County Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She regularly speaks and writes on labor and employment law topics, including as editor of the Williams Parker Labor & Employment Blog. She obtained both her JD and BA from the University of Florida.
Ms. Stamoulis leads Williams Parker’s intellectual property practice with a focus on transactional law. She regularly drafts and reviews policies and provides guidance regarding business formation; licensing; copyright, including registration and compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; trademark; trade secrets; and general internet law matters, such as terms of use and privacy policies for software applications and websites. She also provides day-to-day advice to corporate clients and assists with mergers, acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures. She represents a wide variety of clients, from business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, investors, and healthcare entities to authors and illustrators. Ms. Stamoulis serves as legal counsel to the board of directors of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Dartmouth Club of Sarasota, and serves as the Dartmouth representative for the Ivy League Young Alumni Club. She obtained her JD from Stanford Law School and her BA from Dartmouth College.
