Williams Parker Expands Its Construction Industry Group

Williams Parker, Sarasota’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce the expansion of its construction and design industry group by hiring Ms. Anya Pardy.

Ms. Pardy brings her experience in complex commercial construction and design  litigation from the Tampa office of a prestigious national firm. She worked closely with architectural and engineering experts to manage and coordinate large-scale investigations, site inspections, and destructive testing to protect her clients’ interests and resolve issues efficiently. Anya earned her J.D. cum laude at Stetson University College of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained an Interdisciplinary Social Sciences B.A., with Concentration in Social Relations and Policy summa cum laude from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Honors College.

Williams Parker’s construction and design industry team focuses on commercial building construction, public works, and government contracts. Mr. Douglas E. Walker serves as practice lead and is the primary point of contact for construction and design industry related inquiries. Industry group members include labor and employment attorney Ms. Jennifer Fowler, intellectual property attorney Ms. Elizabeth Stamoulis, residential real estate attorney Ms. Amy Concilio, and trial attorney Mr. Christopher Nigro.
