Employers: Have you Submitted Your EEO-1 Reports for 2019 and 2020?

The EEOC has announced that it once again pushed back the deadline for covered employers to submit and certify their 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection. The new deadline is August 23, 2021.

The EEO-1 Component 1 report is a mandatory annual data collection that focuses on demographic workforce data, including data by race/ethnicity, sex, and job categories.
